We are selling our home and we are very excited! We have owned this home for 9 years it was the first home we bought together and it was the first home we brought our first born home to. We have SOOO many memories in our home, as many of you, your first home always means so much to you. We have poured our hearts, our pockets, our sweat and tears into this place. Our family has grown substantially and after 3 kids and growing businesses we’re ready to take the next step.

Living room

Our homes features a living room and dining room with original hardwood floors. Yup we ripped up the carpet and linoleum and found this beautiful floor and my husband restored it. HOLY CRAP if you have never refinished hardwood floors you don’t quite know how much dust, and hard work it really takes… I mean i was the bystander and watched my husband do it BUT I was the clean up crew LOL

Dining Room

The Kitchen was the last big renovation we finished in 2019 and it was quite the transformation. Make sure you scroll down and check out the before and after pictures. I also completed a blog on the kitchen renovation and ALL of the details on what we did. Some of my favourite features in the kitchen are the wall scones and the hexagon tile which we created a feature wall with and includes two open shelves.

Kitchen

Kids room are my favourite to decorate, this is a place you can play with colour, fabrics and patterns and it awakes looks adorable. The perfect combination for kids rooms is fun art prints, some kind of place for them to sit (poufs, bean bag chair or just small chair their size) area rug or drapes, some baskets and a fun pattern either on the blankets or a vinyl decal or design with paint.
